Job Description

Job Title/High Level Position Summary

Territory Managers within the Regen Business Unit are responsible for establishing and achieving sales volume and reimbursable revenue goals/targets for the area assigned through strategic and tactical sales activities. They also expand sales of Company products, convert competitive products, and leverage value-added services to develop, expand, and convert customers.

Essential Functions

Key Responsibilities

Sales Activity

  • Achieve assigned sales goals through designated accounts.
  • Build customer relationships with physicians, clinic staff, and device users.
  • Understand industry trends and the company’s market position.
  • Provide product education on technical and clinical aspects.
  • Assist with equipment delivery, setup, follow-up, and service.
  • Support referral networks and educate providers about Enovis products.
  • Plan and execute local educational and sales events.

Sales Territory Management

  • Develop and implement a business plan to meet/exceed goals.
  • Use SalesForce for maintaining contacts and opportunities.
  • Manage sales funnel and strategic call plans.
  • Prioritize and schedule effective territory coverage.
  • Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities.
  • Perform region penetration and account identification.
  • Pre-plan sales calls for maximum customer contact.

Customer Relationship

  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Respond promptly to customer needs and concerns.

Competitive Selling

  • Cultivate opportunities to convert competitive business.
  • Defend against competitive threats.
  • Identify external factors affecting performance.
  • Present and demonstrate Enovis products effectively.

Leveraging Resources

  • Use company resources efficiently.
  • Utilize sales education and marketing materials strategically.

Administrative

  • Complete and submit necessary paperwork for sales and reimbursement.

Compliance

  • Adhere to Enovis and industry compliance and ethics standards.
  • Handle PHI confidentially per HIPAA.
  • Understand regulatory issues and follow guidelines.

Leadership

  • Assist in training and developing Sales Associates.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Basic Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience.
  • 1+ year in Orthopedic or medical sales preferred.
  • Experience calling on hospitals and working with distributors preferred.
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance and reimbursement preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.

Other Requirements

  • Valid Driver’s License and current auto insurance.

Travel Requirements

  • Travel up to 75% of the time, including occasional air travel.
  • Significant travel in personal vehicle to customer sites.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

  • Field-based work in medical settings.
  • Moderate noise level.
  • Physical ability to lift/move up to 10 pounds, stand, walk, sit, and use hands for various tasks.
