*What You’ll Do:*
✔ Facilitate *group therapy sessions, educational workshops, and skill-building activities*
✔ Provide *individual counseling* and *case management* to support client recovery
✔ Monitor *client progress, safety, and medication adherence*
✔ Conduct *drug screens and breathalyzer tests* as needed
✔ Participate in *client staffings and contribute to treatment planning*
✔ Maintain *accurate documentation* of all services provided and client progress
✔ Collaborate with *an interdisciplinary team* to ensure comprehensive care
✔ Lead *aftercare groups, family sessions, and client assessments*
✔ Identify *relapse warning signs* and intervene effectively
✔ Prepare *monthly reports, incident documentation, and program evaluations*
*What You Need to Qualify:*
✔ *Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) certification* *(Required)*
✔ *Master’s degree* in Human Services or a related field *(Required)*
✔ *At least one year of substance abuse counseling experience* *(Required)*
✔ Strong *interpersonal and communication skills*
✔ Ability to work effectively in *a team-oriented environment*
✔ Knowledge of *substance abuse intervention techniques and recovery principles*
