Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high security and commercial facilities, is looking for on call employees to perform cleaning and maintenance services for our clients throughout Northern Virginia.

Shift Time: Part Time weekdays Monday-Friday 5:30-9:30pm

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations
• Able to consistently work scheduled days and hours
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures, including COVID guidelines
• Superior customer service skills
• Ability to understand oral and written instructions
• Willing to go above and beyond to support the team in exceeding our customers' expectations

Job duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

• Disinfect and sanitize common areas and high-touch points
• High and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing
• Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
• Restocking supplies and inventory
• Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling bins
• Vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors
• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, and elevators
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors

Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis:

• Walking and standing
• Climbing
• Bending forward
• Wearing hip/backpack vacuum
• Reaching, grasping, pushing and pulling
• Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder
• Respective bending and arm movements
