Job Description

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Transaction Coordinator to join a dynamic team in California. This role involves managing the transaction process from start to finish, ensuring seamless coordination and communication among all parties involved. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all aspects of the transaction process from contract execution through closing, including due diligence, escrow, and post-closing follow-up.
  • Track key dates and milestones , ensuring timely completion of deliverables and contingencies (e.g., inspections, appraisals, financing, title clearance).
  • Maintain accurate transaction files in compliance with brokerage standards and legal requirements.
  • Liaise with stakeholders such as clients, attorneys, lenders, brokers, title/escrow officers, and government agencies to facilitate smooth closings.
  • Prepare, review, and manage transactional documents including LOIs, purchase agreements, leases, amendments, estoppels, and closing statements.
  • Coordinate site visits, inspections, and access logistics with property owners, tenants, and vendors.
  • Ensure all compliance and legal documentation is complete and properly stored.
  • Generate status updates and reports for leadership and clients as needed.
  • Continuously improve transaction workflows and communication strategies.

Additional Details:

Max Pay: $90,000 per year
Min Pay: $75,000 per year
