Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Mid-level
Project Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing process documentation and stakeholder engagement. The role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of project management experience in business operations, process improvement, or PMO environments. The successful candidate will help streamline processes, improve workflows, and ensure timely project execution.
Project Manager Responsibilities: - Lead and manage multiple projects across various teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery
- Coordinate efforts between diverse teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and that key milestones are met
- Document workflows, processes, and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient execution across the business
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operational workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and streamline business operations
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and successful project outcomes
- Oversee project tracking, monitor progress, and handle reconciliation tasks when necessary to ensure smooth project execution
- Take ownership of driving day-to-day project activities and deliverables, ensuring teams remain on track and deadlines are met
Project Manager Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in business operations, process improvement, or PMO roles
- Strong ability to document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Excellent ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to engage with and coordinate teams across different functions and levels
- Experience with reconciliation and workflow tracking is a plus
- Must be highly structured, independent, and focused on executing tasks to completion without requiring high-level strategic oversight
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address issues that may affect project timelines or outcomes
- 3+ years of experience in project management roles within business operations, PMO, or process improvement environments
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage cross-functional teams
- Experience with reconciliation and workflow tracking processes is an added advantage
- Structured, process-oriented, and independent, able to work autonomously with minimal guidance
- A proactive and solution-driven mindset focused on operational efficiency and execution
