Key Responsibilities: - Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about various insurance options.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring timely follow-ups as needed.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic and a total commitment to success on a daily basis.
- Generate leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and promote appropriate products and services.
Qualifications: - Genuine interest in marketing products and services that meet customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening.
- Strong work ethic with a relentless drive for success every day.
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts in easily understandable terms.
- Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty license (required).
- Willingness to obtain a Life and Health license (required).

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
