We are eagerly seeking a motivated and resilient Home Buying Specialist to join our team! This is a full-time, long-term position with great opportunities. In this role, you will assist homeowners in selling their properties quickly by providing customized solutions and negotiating win-win deals with pre-qualified leads. This is a full-time position based in the greater Colorado Springs area.

Compensation- 1st Year OTE: $150,000.00 +

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide tailored solutions to homeowners by addressing their unique needs and helping them sell their properties quickly, often for cash
  • Meet with pre-qualified leads face-to-face, negotiating real estate deals that benefit both clients and the business
  • Build and strengthen relationships within the Colorado Springs community by networking with investors, real estate agents, and neighbors to uncover new opportunities
  • Identify profitable real estate investment opportunities and structure deals to maximize returns
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the process, ensuring their needs are met and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies that contribute to overall success
  • Stay informed on local real estate market trends and regulations to offer accurate advice and stay competitive
  • Maintain a professional work style that balances confidence and directness with empathy for homeowners' unique situations
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales (Real Estate experience not required!)
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Comfortable going into homes and negotiating with homeowners
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish trust and build lasting client relationships
  • Curious and eager to embrace new learning opportunities, including our sales training process
  • Resilient with the ability to bounce back from challenges and maintain a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated and independent, capable of managing your own schedule
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM tools to manage leads and track progress
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Must live within commuting distance of the Colorado Springs area
