R&D Chemistry Lab Assistant - Beatrice, Nebraska

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced R&D Chemistry Lab Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP) instrumentation and metals testing. If you are passionate about chemistry, interested in waste remediation, and excited about working in a research-driven environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, operate, and maintain ICP instrumentation.

• Conduct metals testing and analyze samples as per established protocols.

• Document and report experimental data with accuracy and precision.

• Assist in the development and optimization of testing methods.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the lab.

• Collaborate with team members to support research projects and objectives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.

• Proven experience with ICP techniques and metals analysis.

• Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Details:

• Mon - Fri during First shift - can flex with start time

• Temp with possible conversion to direct hire within 6 months
