Salary Range Min: $47,771; Max: $81,624 Position Overview Responsible for creating, producing, and delivering high-quality multimedia content, primarily video, in coordination with schools, departments, and community partners. Ensures visual content aligns with M-DCPS branding and marketing strategies. Key Duties Operate and maintain photo/video equipment and digital project tools. Capture video/photos at events. Collaborate on TV/radio programs, record, edit, and publish content. Support media outlets with video content and news conferences. Coordinate digital media production activities. Edit digital media using professional software like Adobe Suite. Develop and execute digital projects with team collaboration. Provide technical support for video and photography equipment. Archive and document visual assets. Create visual materials for exhibits, publications, websites, social media, etc. Generate ideas for social media content. Assist in developing written content for digital media. Stay updated on social media trends. Supervise support staff if applicable. Perform other administrative tasks as needed. Physical Requirements Activities include climbing, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and traveling. Work is primarily indoors and outdoors, may require weekend/evening work. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field. At least 3 years experience in visual arts or digital media.
