Responsibilities: Coordinate and facilitate routines to support delivery of technology solutions, including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates. Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple technology teams. Manage dependencies, risks, and impediments for deliverables. Promote and facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverables and timelines. Provide clear updates and articulate critical paths. Gather and facilitate project updates for stakeholders and leadership regarding deliverables, risks/issues, and schedules. Ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements by working with sponsors and stakeholders. Identify emerging risks/issues, escalate as needed, and determine critical paths for resolution. Perform due diligence and financial management routines to meet financial commitments. Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards, maintaining evidence and records of changes. Utilize strong MS Excel skills to reconcile costs with other systems of record.
