Primary Purpose: To ensure the integrity of the assessment procedures of the Ron and Kathy Assaf College of Nursing by monitoring in-person examinations. Essential Job Functions: Observe the examinees to ensure that no one is using written materials or electronic devices and examinees are not communicating with one another in any way. Escort examinees one at a time on unscheduled breaks. Ensure understanding of testing instructions provided by the faculty or individual(s) responsible for exam administration. Participate in any required exam administration training provided by the course faculty or individual(s) responsible for exam administration. Ensure timely communication with examinees if you identify irregular or concerning behavior (any behavior that falls outside of the expectations for the examination), such as talking, using unapproved electronic devices, inappropriate or unexpected use of electronic devices, etc. Job Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively with others. Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisory staff at all levels. May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties.
