Our client, a dynamic organization in the cleaning industry, is seeking a Telemarketing Representative. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to follow a script effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Telemarketing Representative

Location: Elmsford, NY

Pay Range: $18 per hour

What's the Job?

• Conducting follow-up calls to companies that have expressed interest or received literature.
• Scheduling appointments through effective communication and relationship building.
• Utilizing a provided script to ensure consistency and clarity in messaging.
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet daily and weekly goals.
• Maintaining accurate records of calls and appointments in the system.

What's Needed?

• Required previous Telemarketing experience 
• Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients.
• Willingness to follow a structured script while also adapting to conversations.
