Job Details

We are currently seeking an innovative and dedicated Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating stunning design solutions for high-end single family residential projects. This role requires a deep understanding of architectural design, residential projects, and the ability to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces that align with our clients' visions.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop high-quality, custom single-family home designs.
2. Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to create detailed interior design plans.
3. Manage all phases of the design process, from initial consultation and concept development to final execution.
4. Present design ideas and concepts to clients, incorporating their preferences and budget considerations.
5. Stay current on design trends, materials, and technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and competitive.
6. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and successful completion of projects.
7. Conduct site visits to oversee project progress and ensure design integrity is maintained.
8. Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and other stakeholders throughout the project.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in interior design, with a focus on single-family residential projects.
3. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software.
4. Proven ability to create custom home designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
5. Strong understanding of architectural and residential design principles.
6. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.
7. Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and technologies.
