Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - SAP 3

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize computer and telephony technology tools to manage and exchange information.
• Perform technical analytics related to advanced data analysis, data mining, and source-to-target mapping.
• Collaborate with remote groups such as vendors, other facilities, and departments to gather and document tactical requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate the functional requirements of the business unit and technical solutions with IT resources.
• Participate in the development of project plans/timelines and communicate project status to management and the business.
• Oversee and perform complex testing activities, including the construction of test plans/scripts and validation of test results.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in one or more Hot Skill Technology (Java, .net, SAP, PeopleSoft).
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with various stakeholders.
• Experience in source to target mapping.
• Ability to create and maintain complex context process and system diagrams.
• Experience in configuring packaged solutions to unique and complex business requirements.
• Self-starter with the ability to complete tasks independently.

Education/Experience:

• Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.
• Alternatively, one of the following may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
