DW Executives is a partnership for high-profile brands, including AT&T. We assist our clients with their brand exposure by providing unique and creative sales and marketing campaigns that seek the highest ROI and sales revenue to them. This year, we are targeting the largest growth we have seen, and a big part of that is our AT&T Sales Development Team, and their never-ending support for our missions and helping our clients reach new heights!

Because of this, we are searching for a dedicated and hungry AT&T Sales Development Trainee to work with our customer base and close the sales cycle on new and existing product inquiries. AT&T Sales Development Trainee Daily Responsibilities:

  • Communicate product features and benefits directly to inquiring customers throughout the sales process
  • Learn to analyze our targeted customers by utilizing specific territory and demographic research
  • Seek out new sales opportunities and employ the benefit of cross-selling approved products
  • Be a skilled expert at market and territory research, connecting with our targeted audiences, increasing quality engagements, and brand profitability
  • Dedication to achieving high closing sales rates through overturning objections and utilizing negotiation tactics
  • Work with other AT&T Sales Development Trainees and the Business Development Manager to ensure all goals for our clients are met

Skills Needed For Success As Our AT&T Sales Development Trainee:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is desirable
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Business Development, Account Management, Sales, and/or Management position is highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Tenacity, grit, and a dedication to professionalism
  • A student mentality and the drive to succeed and gain new skill sets
  • Approachable and a positive, empathetic demeanor
Compensation is directly tied to sales performance. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Earnings are based on individual sales, client acquisition, or other performance metrics as outlined in the compensation plan. Actual income may vary based on effort, and individual success.
