Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Representative to drive sales growth and enhance brand awareness for our express services. This role involves identifying potential customers, building lasting relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve performance targets while contributing to the company's market share and brand visibility.
Job Responsibilities
1. Customer Development and Relationship Management
Proactively identify and develop new customer leads through channels such as telemarketing, online promotions, industry events, and on-site visits.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular follow-ups, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively during collaboration to enhance the customer experience.
2. Sales Strategy and Process Execution
Gain in-depth knowledge of company products and services to communicate their value and offer tailored solutions based on customer needs.
Lead business negotiations, including pricing discussions and contract terms, to secure agreements and close sales deals.
Monitor the entire sales process, including order fulfillment and payment collection, ensuring timely execution and delivery of services.
3. Market Analysis and Feedback
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Regularly collect and report market feedback to support product development and marketing strategy improvements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years in sales, ideally within the logistics, courier, or express delivery sectors.
Outstanding fresh graduates with strong potential will also be considered.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
Proven ability in business negotiations and relationship management.
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools for data analysis and reporting.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new product knowledge and market changes.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to perform under pressure and manage frequent business travel.
Team-oriented with a commitment to achieving sales performance targets.
