Your Role in a Nutshell As our Recruiter , you’ll be the face of talent acquisition for both our restaurants and RSC (Restaurant Support Center) teams. You’ll partner with hiring managers, dream up creative sourcing strategies, and find humans who embody the Luna vibe. If you geek out over culture fit, candidate experience, and scaling teams with purpose—you’ll love this role. What You’ll Be Doing Own full-cycle recruiting : sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Collaborate with District Managers + Department Heads to forecast staffing needs . Create and optimize job posts that actually get clicks . Source top talent across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, social, networking events, referrals—you name it). Build and maintain a diverse, future-ready talent pipeline . Provide coaching and partnership to hiring managers so they become recruiting champions. Analyze data and recruitment metrics to constantly improve our process. Explore and recommend recruiting tools and tech to automate & elevate . Represent Luna Grill at job fairs, professional groups, and other cool industry events. Be a candidate experience wizard —we want every applicant to walk away saying “WOW”! What You Bring to the Table 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (hospitality background = bonus points). You know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter , Indeed, ATS systems & job boards. Tech-savvy, organized, and a pro multi-tasker . Strong intuition for people and culture fit—you just get it . Fluent in English (Spanish is a big plus!). Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. A naturally curious , resourceful , and driven human. You love people. You’re approachable, authentic, and a true team player. Benefits Competitive salary: $65,000–$80,000/year DOE .
