Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Shift Supervisor at Pelton Shepherd. The Production Shift Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing production schedules, planning, communication, and overall production management to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards are met.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Continually evaluates equipment capabilities to ensure manufacturing products are within acceptable quality & cost standards.
• Ability to provide leadership in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Possess ability to quickly learn and operate production equipment.
• Must be willing and able to support production by temporarily filling packing, stacking and operator roles when needed.
• Understanding of applicable state safety and environmental regulations.

• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in production operations
• Knowledge of cold chain supply processes is a plus
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• AA degree in a related field
