SUMMARY

The Pickup and Delivery Specialist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth pickup and delivery of customer vehicles.

PAY

• $16.66 - $18 an hour

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Check email for new Valet Appointments from REDCAP
• Enter new pickup & delivery details on Fordpdl.com
• Review schedule in Xtime for the day’s Valet appointments
• Ensure REDCAP is updated with all valets daily
• Address any scheduling overlaps by contacting customers
• Track vehicle pickups and coordinate with service advisors on delivery times
• Coordinate with team on traveling to customer locations to pick up vehicles
• Document vehicle inspection at pickup and return
• Delivering customer vehicles after service is completed

QUALIFICATIONS

• Valid Driver’s License
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
