Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with order management software or willingness to learn
• Fluency in English along with basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Physical Requirements:
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
• Flexibility to work overtime if/as needed

Responsibilities

• We are looking for support 2-3 days a week with order fulfillment
• This position requires attention to detail, organization, and the ability to meet daily operational goals
• Order Processing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to order specifications
• Inventory Management: Ensure proper stock levels and notify supervisors of low inventory or discrepancies
• Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damages or defects and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping
• Shipping & Handling: Prepare shipments, print labels, and coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely deliveries
• Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including proper storage of products and supplies
