Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Database & BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building database and reporting solutions using Oracle and reporting platforms like SQL Server Reporting Services, Business Objects, and Power BI. This role involves developing complex database queries, working with CI/CD pipelines, and collaborating with global teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain database and reporting solutions using Oracle, SQL Server Reporting Services, Business Objects, and Power BI.
• Write complex queries and use advanced development features in Oracle.
• Build and test reports on various reporting platforms.
• Create proof-of-concepts on newer reporting platforms and integrate them with Java-based applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, software configuration management, test automation, version control, and static code analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support DevOps and maintain high-quality standards.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and adaptability to evolving technology landscapes.
• Communicate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience with Oracle, SQL Server Reporting Services, Business Objects, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux and shell scripting is a plus.
• Familiarity with Test Driven Development and CI/CD in a DevOps environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
