Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform routine production functions such as filling, packing, packaging, assembling, labeling, and inspecting products.
• Maintain accurate records and logs in compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO9000 standards.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work under direct supervision.
• Make routine decisions as required within the scope of the position.
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as needed.

Experience Required

• One to two years of experience in a similar production or manufacturing role.
• Experience in basic tasks, techniques, and procedures within one skill area/process/method.

Skills & Certifications

• Basic knowledge and skills to complete routine tasks.
• Effective communication skills to interact with co-workers and supervisors.
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend specifications written in English.
• Basic math skills for performing calculations.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and rotate into different tasks as needed.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and get along with others.

Eligibilities & qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and maintain punctual attendance.
• Ability to follow instructions and standard practices.
