Key Responsibilities for this exciting new role in SageSpring's Private Wealth Group: Operational Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement strategies, procedures, and business plans to enhance company growth. Work with the executive team to set and achieve company performance goals. Cultivate and provide opportunities for rising talent within the organization. Supervise and master Black Diamond (and any additions) and marketing efforts for Family Office and Foundations. Technology & CRM Oversight Evaluate and optimize the efficiency of CRMs and investment technologies such as Black Diamond and Fidelity. Oversee the integration of new technology solutions to enhance operational performance. Stay current with industry trends and technology advancements to identify innovation opportunities. Third-Party Relationship Management Lead and supervise third-party relationships, including Bill Pay, PWC, Keel Point, Trove, and Fidelity. Manage strategic relationships with external partners, brokers, and custodians. Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to industry best practices in operational processes. Investment Operations Management Oversee daily investment operations within the Private Wealth Business. Implement investment guidelines and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage relationships with Dynasty, third-party asset managers, and custodians to optimize efficiency and performance. Provide solutions to complex operational problems through critical thinking and decision-making. Collaboration & Risk Management Communicate effectively with clients, portfolio managers, and executives to ensure operational support meets business needs. Work closely with IT, Compliance, and Risk Management teams to ensure seamless operations. Develop and implement best practices and procedures to promote efficiency and performance optimization. Maintain a strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and risk mitigation strategies. Key Qualifications Proven experience in operations management within a multifamily office, foundation, or institutional investment setting. Strong knowledge of financial technology platforms, CRM systems, and custodial relationships. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lead strategic initiatives, manage third-party relationships, and drive business growth. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, risk management, and investment operations.
