Job Overview:

Personal Assistant at Credit Repair Firm

We're on the hunt for an exceptional Personal Assistant to join our fast-paced credit repair firm. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, has a keen eye for detail, and excels at multitasking. You'll be the right hand to our owner, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to our mission of helping clients achieve financial freedom.

Duties:

  • Manage complex schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the owner
  • Handle sensitive client information with utmost confidentiality and precision
  • Oversee office operations, including supply management
  • Create and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters
  • Assist in client communication and follow-ups as needed
  • Coordinate team meetings and events
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Support credit repair processes and documentation as required
  • Manage social Media

Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Suite and general computer literacy
  • Strong understanding of credit repair industry (preferred but not required)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
  • Professional demeanor and positive attitude
