Responsibilities: We are looking for a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer with expertise in both online and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will have strong technical proficiency in MS Dynamics 365, the ability to work independently, and the capability to analyze requirements, design, and develop solutions independently. Analyze business requirements, design, and develop solutions using MS Dynamics 365. Configure and customize Dynamics 365, including: o Security models and Out-of-the-Box Configurations. o Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, Form Customization, and CRM Administration. o Power Automate, Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas Apps), and JavaScript. Collaborate in Agile SDLC environments to deliver high-quality software. Develop and maintain integrations between MS CRM and third-party systems using Middleware Tools, APIs (REST, ODATA, Web APIs), and SSIS packages. Utilize technical tools and languages including C#.Net, JavaScript, MS SQL, MS CRM SDK, and the MSD Developer Toolkit. Ensure performance optimization and troubleshoot complex technical issues. Work independently to deliver projects, meeting business and technical requirements. Works in the area of Software Engineering, which encompasses the development, maintenance and optimization of software solutions/applications. Applies scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems. He/she is responsible for the development and application of software engineering practice and knowledge, in research, design, development and maintenance. His/her work requires the exercise of original thought and judgement and the ability to supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers. The software engineer builds skills and expertise of his/her software engineering discipline to reach standard software engineer skills expectations for the applicable role, as defined in Professional Communities. The software engineer collaborates and acts as team player with other software engineers and stakeholders. Qualifications: • Experience: Minimum of 6+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 development and earlier versions. • Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 online and on-premises environments. • Proficient in Workflows, Business Rules, Plugins, and Form Customization. • Hands-on experience with integration using Middleware tools, APIs, and SSIS packages. • Strong command of C#.Net, JavaScript, and MS SQL. • Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and JavaScript Model-Driven Apps/Canvas Apps. • Familiarity with Agile SDLC processes and tools. • AI working knowledge is required. • Prompt engineering • AI Model building (LLM), upgrade AI model • Azure AI studio experience • Microsoft Dynamics co-pilot • Custom API creation and consume API in AI • Machine Learning Preferred Skills: Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
