Job Description

This role involves performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and supporting new installation projects in a fast-paced industrial environment .

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve maintenance and repair issues.
• Perform minor electrical and plumbing work as needed.
• Repair equipment breakdowns to maintain production flow.
• Assist with machine setup, operation, and adjustments .
• Communicate effectively with operators, supervisors, and managers.
• Ensure production equipment is properly maintained and meets operating standards.
• Identify and resolve potential maintenance concerns through regular walkthroughs .
• Complete painting, structural repairs, and other facility maintenance tasks as needed.
• Work on new equipment installations and support operational improvements.
• Prioritize safety and compliance by addressing hazards and maintaining a clean work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or a related field.

Preferred:

• Prior forklift operation experience (certification a plus).
• Experience with industrial equipment repair , including conveyors, motors, pumps, and hydraulics .
• Basic understanding of welding and fabrication .

Salary info:

$21 - $30 / hr
