Onsite Henderson, NV
Hours: 6:00 AM 3:00 PM (to support East Coast clients)

No prior investor reporting experience requiredjust a strong work ethic, Excel skills, and a commitment to quality.

What Youll Do:

• Analyze financial data and ensure accurate investor reporting and remitting
• Identify and resolve reporting exceptions and compliance risks
• Collaborate on performance reports and team improvement initiatives
• Participate in internal meetings and client communications
• Maintain and improve policies, checklists, and reporting procedures

Youll Excel In This Role If You:

• Love solving problems and spotting patterns
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing
• Stay focused and organized under pressure
• Enjoy learning new systems and processes
• Work well in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Are proficient in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables)

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Math, Economics, or related field (3.5+ GPA)
• 02 years of relevant work experience (office environment required)
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and adaptability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Note: This position is fully onsite in Henderson, Nevada. Remote work is not available. Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience working onsite in an office setting.
