If you share these five values, come and join our team. Purpose The individual who assumes this role will sell these and other company services to industrial facilities throughout the Midwest. Role and Responsibilities The Industrial Cleaning Sales Specialist is the business manager accountable for the leadership of all sales activity within a particular region, focusing on industrial facilities. High energy sales professional - goal oriented, success-driven individual with a record of producing budgeted results and earning the rewards of a top producer. Grow current client base in the assigned region and maintain current relationships. In addition, aggressively build new clients with a combination of networking, cold calling, and other sales and marketing activities to build a healthy industrial sales pipeline. Meet with Hughes' clients throughout the assigned region to review potential project leads/inquires and assist in providing client solutions and generating project estimates. Review projects from lead sources and isolate effective bid opportunities. This individual will establish a product estimate for projects utilizing specifications, architectural drawings and other project documents with input from the customer. Will be responsible for the evaluation of the specification, drawings and other documentation on bid projects. Estimate project costs and develop scopes of work, perform site visits, and review specs and drawings. Secure any permits required for jobs. Requirements Experience selling services to industrial facilities Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Above average communication, customer service, and presentation skills. Ability to travel the Midwest territory to perform site visits and to provide estimates on projects; potentially 3-4 days per week of travel. Must be well organized and have the ability to work on his/her own. Must be proficient in MS Office and have an overall sound working knowledge of computers. Self-motivated, positive attitude, and very strong self-belief. Driven to succeed with minimal supervision.
