Summary

Our client who is based in Indian Trail, NC is currently seeking a skilled Gutter Installer to join their team. As a Gutter Installer, you will be responsible for installing seamless gutters on single-family houses and multifamily dwellings throughout the area.

• Full-time position : Hourly training pay followed by piece pay, with an average pay range of $15-$20+ per hour.
• Work schedule : Monday to Friday, with Saturdays as needed.
• Company-provided resources : Our client provides a company truck and most equipment necessary for the job.

Job Requirements

• Comfortably work on ladders up to 40 feet in height, ensuring stability and safety.
• Provide exceptional service to customers, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Log, load, and unload materials efficiently.
• Conduct thorough safety checks and adhere to job site safety rules and MSDS requirements.
• Utilize power tools to cut metal and form gutters.
• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude in handling tools and equipment.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by the job and supervisor.
• Maintain tools and trucks in good working condition.
• A valid driver's license and a good driving record are preferred, and may be required for certain positions.

Essential Physical Demands

• Must be able to use common hand tools and remain stable on ladders and high places.
• Perform snips, which requires constant flexing, grasping, twisting, and lifting with both hands and arms throughout the day.
• Bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, and knees to handle and install gutters.
• Lift ladders and coils, approximately 75+ lbs.
• Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
