Adecco is hiring immediately for GAP Leader jobs at a local client in Spring Hill, TN. GAP Leaders do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a production environment, with starting pay at $21.00/hr., plus available overtime. As a GAP Leader, you will protect the GAP from variation. The GAP Leaders work focuses primarily on production, HSE, quality, training, and performance.

Requirements:
+ High School Diploma or GED
+ 1+ years production experience within the automotive industry
+ Proficient level of English
+ Basic level of lean manufacturing techniques preferred
+ High level of accuracy and precision in order to ensure high quality output
+ Strong ability to organize while being sensitive to time constraints and resource availability
+ Ability to enter data accurately & handle multiple tasks efficiently
+ HSE, quality, production, team oriented & solid math skills
+ Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
+ Satisfactory work record, including attendance
+ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management and co-workers
Schedule:
+ 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:30pm

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
