Job Title: Fulfillment Associate
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Strip District)
Pay: $17
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join the warehouse team. This individual will play a vital role in day-to-day warehouse operations including order picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a willingness to learn about security products, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Pick products from inventory based on pick tickets or digital orders
• Pack and prepare outgoing shipments with accuracy and care
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy before shipping
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Assist with restocking shelves and performing inventory counts
• Receive and verify incoming shipments
• Operate warehouse tools/equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners)
• Assist with processing returns and restocking
• Communicate with team members to ensure order accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior warehouse, shipping, or fulfillment experience preferred
• Familiarity with security/alarm systems a plus, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet throughout the shift
• Basic computer and scanner proficiency
• Excellent attention to detail and time management
• Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
