Seeking reliable
Dishwashers for our
UES cafe! This is a daytime concept, supporting a great work/life balance.
What you'll do: - Effectively washes pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses, and traps; maintains neat appearance of working areas and cleaning equipment storage areas
- Sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- Cleans garbage cans and waste barrels
- Maintains cleanliness of bathroom facilities on a 45 minute rotation
- Assists in checking in food order, and properly storing items according to FIFO
- Maintains all storage areas, so they are clean, organized according to company/local government standards
- Washes worktables, walls and refrigerators
- Operates dishwashing machine according to standard operating procedure
- Follows all procedures and meets food hygiene regulations
- Participates in all deep cleaning of the BOH and FOH operations as needed
- Performs general cleaning duties, such as sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming, tidying up stations, emptying bins, checking and cleaning bathrooms
