We are looking for a dynamic individual to fill the role of Permanent Director of Business Development - Commercial Construction. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our organization's growth and expansion in the commercial construction market. Your primary focus will be to generate new leads, manage the sales cycle, and maintain client relationships. You will be working closely with our team to manage commercial projects and design builds, particularly with self-storage, concrete structures, and steel structures. With your leadership and expertise, we aim to solidify our position as a leader in the construction industry. Responsibilities Lead and manage the development and execution of comprehensive, research-based strategic planning that supports business growth and enhances brand equity and awareness. Identify, generate, and nurture new leads to drive business growth. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Extensive experience with commercial projects and design builds. Specific expertise in self-storage, concrete structures, and steel structures. Strong understanding of market dynamics and requirements. Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
