Job Summary ASST is seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to lead our sales and estimating efforts, develop key industry relationships, and drive revenue growth. This senior leadership role is ideal for a results-oriented professional with a proven track record in commercial construction sales and a deep understanding of the subcontracting and estimating process. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase revenue and market share. Oversee and manage the estimating team to ensure accurate and competitive project pricing. Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, millwork firms, and key stakeholders. Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear performance goals and accountability standards. Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends in commercial construction. Review bids, proposals, and contracts to maximize profitability and maintain competitiveness. Represent ASST at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of sales leadership experience in commercial construction, architectural millwork, or engineered materials. Strong knowledge of subcontracting, estimating, and the bid process. Proven ability to lead successful sales teams and achieve revenue targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
