Expertise in Software Distribution and troubleshooting deployment failures Patch management using Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and SUP Good experience SCCM operations like SCCM Client Installation, Client remediation, Hardware Inventory, Software Inventory, and software metering Troubleshooting Client installation and software distribution issues Analyzing and applying patches, service packs and infrastructure updates Experience in Microsoft OSD task sequence Perform software distribution and ensure successful deployment to end assets Experience in creating custom collections using WQL queries Good Experience in Application Management in SCCM and troubleshooting through logs Having hands-on experience in creating custom reports using SQL Queries Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues Administer SCCM software delivery, including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted, Application Library, and Software Center Administer the SCCM tool set back end to keep the system running and healthy, including changes to the core components and settings, backups, restores, software delivery, client health, reporting, boundaries, and bandwidth settings Task sequence creation experience and troubleshooting skill on task sequence failure Application and package deployment experience and deployment failure remediation skill Active Directory knowledge Experience/Knowledge on PowerShell script Knowledge of ServiceNow Proficient in Tanium patching, deployment Scanning Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server OS Knowledge on Nexpose Vulnerability Tool Behavioral Skills: Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate solutions & ensure the deliverable attains the required compliance % Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity #J-18808-Ljbffr TechDigital Group
