We’re looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations, ensuring top-tier quality, safety, and efficiency across every phase of our builds.

Summary:

As a Construction Superintendent, you’ll be the go-to expert on the ground, orchestrating the day-to-day flow of our projects. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and Director of Field Operations to keep timelines tight, teams aligned, and quality standards high.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead all on-site operations for commercial construction projects.
  • Develop and manage work schedules and trade coordination in collaboration with the Project Manager and Director of Field Operations.
  • Proactively enforce jobsite safety procedures and ensure compliance with all OSHA and company protocols.
  • Coordinate site logistics, equipment needs, and labor planning for optimal project flow.
  • Monitor construction progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders, including owners, architects, and engineers.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure quality control and project alignment.
  • Obtain necessary permits, manage inspections, and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Submit daily site logs, track inventory, and maintain budget awareness throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Resolve field conflicts quickly and effectively while maintaining jobsite productivity and morale.
  • Build strong relationships with subcontractors, union reps, and project personnel to foster collaboration and accountability.

Qualifications (Required and Preferred):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in a supervisory construction role (superintendent, foreman, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, codes, sequencing, and quality standards.
  • Ability to navigate and inspect active job sites in all weather conditions and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with construction technology platforms is a plus.
  • Clear, confident communicator—both verbal and written—with strong conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, juggle competing demands, and manage field crews effectively.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and permitting processes in construction environments.
  • Physically able to lift 40 lbs and work on-site in all weather conditions, with required PPE.

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

  • Become a part of a national company with a 45+ year legacy of success
  • Competitive compensation and performance-driven profit sharing
  • Robust benefits package including: Health, dental, and vision insurance, Paid holidays and PTO, 401(k) with match + Roth option, Company-paid life insurance and long-term disability, and more!
