• Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
• Manage payroll processing and ensure timely tax filings.
• Assist with budgeting and expense tracking.
• Work with accountants for tax preparation and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
• Prepare regular financial reports for management review, providing insights and detailed analysis as need
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support strategic planning and decision-making
• Perform other administrative and financial tasks as needed.

Education: Minimum of an associates or 2 year degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Bachelors degree is preferred.

Experience: At least 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar role.

Software Proficiency: Familiarity with accounting software, Excel and other related computer programs is essential.

Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are crucial.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workloads effectively.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desirable: Experience working in a hybrid or remote working environment.
