Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with experience in bookkeeping and financial management? Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is looking for a Bookkeeper to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

• Process mail & enter received payments (cash, credit, checks, finance)
• Deposit payments at the end of each day
• Enter & pay vendor bills (after management approval)
• Manage customer accounts & invoicing
• Reconcile bank transactions & monitor cash flow

Weekly/Biweekly Tasks:

• Process & review payroll through ADP
• Generate financial reports (cash flow, profit & loss)
• Submit & pay workers' compensation when applicable

Monthly & Year-End Tasks:

• Perform bank & credit card reconciliations
• Prepare balance sheets & financial reports
• Assist in tax filings & coordinate with accountants
• Maintain business licenses, insurance policies & vehicle registrations

Additional Duties:

• HR tasks (employee onboarding, time tracking, payroll deductions)
• Insurance management (driver & vehicle updates, claims, audits)
• Office management (service requests, office supplies, scheduling)

What Were Looking For:
Experience: Bookkeeping, payroll, and finance experience required
Skills: QuickBooks, Service Titan, ADP Payroll, and strong attention to detail
Work Ethic: Highly organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
Bonus: Experience in the service or plumbing industry is a plus!
