Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Trainee:

• Manage day-to-day activities promoting AT&T products and services in a retail environment
• Participate in training programs lead by industry leaders
• Deliver on sales campaigns, maximize performance, and identify opportunities for advancement in a retail setting
• Troubleshoot objections/concerns, address customer needs, and find innovative solutions to improve the overall customer experience
• Network with AT&T Sales Representative team members to foster a positive, growth-oriented retail atmosphere
• Represent AT&T with professionalism and enthusiasm while satisfying and exceeding sales goals

What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Sales Trainee:

• A high school diploma or previous experience in sales, customer service, or as a AT&T Sales Trainee
• A natural ability to lead and inspire others in a fast-paced retail environment
• Ability to foster genuine relationships with new and existing customers
• Strong communication skills
• Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks quickly in a busy retail setting
