Full Time General Dentist needed in Wauchula, FL!


We are seeking a skilled and personable General Dentist to join our well-established practice of over 20 years. This full-time position starts June 1, 2025, in a patient-focused office just 1.5 hours from Orlando and Tampa, FL. With a strong patient base, the incoming associate will play a key role in patient care. Ideal candidates are personable, skilled in treatment planning, and possess strong case acceptance abilities. Spanish fluency is preferred but not required. This opportunity offers comprehensive benefits and significant growth potential for an experienced dentist looking to advance in a thriving practice.


All applicants MUST have 3+ years of clinical experience, a D.M.D. or D.D.S. degree, and an Active Florida Dental License.

Position Details:

• Fee Structure: PPO & Fee-For-Service
• Technology Available: CBCT, 3Shape Scanner, & Laser
• Team Structure: 1 DDS, 2 RDH, 2 RDA
• Patients Seen Per Day: 10+ on avg.
• Primary Patient Base: 90% Adults || 10% Pediatrics

Compensation and Benefits

• Compensation: 33% of Collections from Initial Start Date (Daily Guarantee Available)
• Relocation Assistance: Yes (if needed)
• Benefits: Health (full-range), 401K, and additional benefits to be discussed.
• Lab Fees: 67% for Partnered Lab, 50% for External Lab.
• Partnership/Ownership Potential: Possible if desired by Incoming Associate.

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday (8:00-5:00)
• Friday (8:00-3:00)
• NO WEEKENDS!

Qualifications for Incoming Associate:

• Experience Required: Minimum 3 years+ of experience!
• Skills Preferred: Ability to place implants (preferred), Orthodontic/Invisalign experience (Not Required)
