Job Description

MIC Group is seeking Assembly Technicians to join our growing manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembly of Electro-Mechanical products. Assembly Technicians are responsible for working in a cohesive team environment to produce sub-assemblies, and final products as well as coordinating onsite work with engineering, inspections, machine shop and other production personnel. Assembly Technicians are team workers, responsible not only for their own work but for the success of their team and of MIC.

• Electro - Mechanical Assembly
• Hi-Temp Soldering
• Basic Math
• Precision Measurement
• Familiar with Hand Tools
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Shows pride in workmanship
• Strong work ethic
• Available to work long hours if needed
• Other duties as assigned

Position Qualifications

Strong background in Electo-Mechanical Assembly

Must be able to use or operate the equipment of designated area

Must be capable of reading blueprints with minimal supervision

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; but not required

Experience

Previous work in a manufacturing environment is helpful; but not required

One the job training will be provided
